What personal data is stored?
We capture and securely store the following data for each Guest: first name, last name, e-mail address & phone number.
How is my data used?
Your data is used to provide an electronic receipt. It is not used for marketing purposes or shared/sold to third parties.
How can I request that my data is erased?
Please contact support@orderpay.com who will be able to assist with your request.
A record of your Erasure Request and Response will be retained to ensure we are able to demonstrate our compliance with data protection laws. Such record will only be used to evidence our compliance as a result of an audit or a request from a regulator or other governmental authority.
