App issues


If you are experiencing issues within the OrderPay App for iOS or Android, force close the App, make sure it is the latest version on the Apple/Play store and then restart. 


If this doesn't work, delete the app and re-install. Please note you will need to log back into your OrderPay account once the App has been re-installed.
